Matthew qualified from the University of Manchester (BDS) in 2013, completed his Dentist Foundation Training Year (2013-2014) with Essex Coast Scheme (East of England Deanery), worked for Oasis Dental Care in Danbury (2014-2015) and has been working as a General Dental Practitioner at Hutton Village Dental Practice since 2015.
Matthew has a specific interest in periodontology and following completion of the FGDP Course in Periodontics 2019 (accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons of England), he enrolled on a 3-year Postgraduate Master’s Degree in Periodontology (University of Essex). He qualified in 2022 with Distinction and was awarded the University of Essex ‘MSc Prize for Best Overall Student Performance’.
Matthew is committed to delivering advanced periodontal care to his patients, is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology, and regularly attends masterclasses in periodontology and restorative dentistry. Matthew is accepting referrals for periodontics.
Outside of dentistry, Matthew loves fitness, adventure sports and scuba diving.
