CENTRAL INCISOR IMMEDIATE IMPLANT & CROWN
This young lady knocked her front tooth as a child and consequently the tooth failed. It had to be removed to stop repeated infections.
She wanted a fixed replacement with the best possible appearance.
Circumstances were favourable to allow immediate replacement with a dental implant and temporary crown. The temporary crown was replaced with a permanent crown 3 months later.
CENTRAL INCISOR IMPLANT & IMMEDIATE CROWN
This gentleman lost his front tooth and wore a partial denture for many years.
He wanted to get rid of the denture and have a more permanent replacement.
Initially he did not have enough jawbone for a dental implant. We performed a bone graft, placed a temporary bridge and allowed 6 months healing.
The bone graft was very successful in providing enough good quality bone for a dental implant & immediate temporary crown. The temporary crown was replaced with a permanent crown 3 months later.
